7-Day Trial
Your subscription includes a 7-day trial period starting from
the date of your first payment.
- Cancel within 7 days of your first charge → Full refund
- Cancel after 7 days → No refund for the current month, but no further charges will be made
Your access to daily energy content remains active until the end of your current
billing period, even after cancellation.
🔄 How to cancel: Log in to your PayPal account → Settings → Payments
→ Manage Automatic Payments → Find "Balance by Lith" → Cancel.
💎 Custom Crystal
Made to Order
All crystal products are made to order and are generally
non-refundable, with the following exceptions:
- Damage during shipping — Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence
- Manufacturing defects — Verified by GUILD certification standards
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
⚠️ Please note: "Change of mind" or "doesn't match my energy" are
not valid reasons for return. Each crystal is hand-selected and individually certified
— please review your selection carefully before ordering.

- 14-day full refund if no services have been rendered
- If services have commenced (e.g., coaching session booked, report delivered) → Refunds are prorated based on days completed
- After the first 30 days, no refunds are available for the remaining period
