Refund Policy

The short version

We sell two different things, and the rule differs because the delivery differs.

The three automated readings ($29 / $199 / $499) are generated and delivered in full the moment your payment is confirmed. There is nothing to return and nothing to revoke, which is why those sales are final.

The hand-written readings (Complete Reading, Compatibility, Single Area) are written by a person and reach your inbox within 48 hours of payment. If we miss that window, you may ask for a full refund. A late delivery is the one case where "all sales final" does not apply — you have not received what you paid for.

We are not hiding this from you. Before you can pay, you are asked to actively confirm that you understand and accept it. That confirmation is recorded (together with the date, this policy's version, your IP address and browser) so that both of us know exactly what was agreed. If you are not comfortable with it, please do not buy — or take the free test first.

It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, it does not diagnose or treat anything, it is not a prediction of future events, and no outcome is guaranteed. Any decision you make after reading remains your own. You must be 18 or older to purchase.

📄 Digital Reports All sales final

Your reading is generated from your birth details and delivered to the email address and private link you receive within about one minute of payment. From that moment the product is fully in your hands and payments are non-refundable.

• Wrong email address? Tell us and we will re-send the same report — free of charge.
• Wrong birth details entered? We will regenerate the report from the corrected details — free of charge, once.
• Technical failure on our side? If we cannot deliver at all, you receive a full refund.
• Change of mind? Not refundable. This is precisely why the free test exists — please use it before buying.

🌅 Monthly Subscription Cancel anytime

Your subscription starts with a 7-day trial for $1, then renews automatically at $19.9 per month until you cancel.

• Cancel anytime — no future charges will be made, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• The $1 trial payment is non-refundable once your daily content has begun.
• Monthly renewals are non-refundable once that month's content has been delivered.
• Forgot to cancel? Cancel the moment you notice and no further charges will be taken. We will not refund the month already delivered.

👑 VIP Services — Complete Reports & Private Consultations Final once work begins · 48 h or refund

We offer three personalised, capacity-limited services. The Complete Reading ($4,999) is a single report covering all five areas of life (love, career, health, wealth, relationships) together with a twelve-month reading of the year ahead. The Compatibility Reading ($1,299) reads two charts — yours and your partner's — side by side. And a Single Area Consultation ($799) covers one area on its own. Everything is prepared for you alone. Because that work cannot be un-done or resold, payments are final once work has begun.

• Delivery deadline — 48 hours. The clock starts when payment clears, not when you open the checkout. If your reading has not reached your inbox within that window, write to us and it is refunded in full. No discussion, no conditions.
• Before work begins — if you have paid but no work has started, contact us and we will resolve it fairly.
• After work begins — all payments are final and non-refundable, except for a missed deadline as above.
• We cannot deliver? If we are unable to provide the service you paid for, you receive a refund for the undelivered part.

🖊️ Your consent, and how it is recorded

At checkout you are shown this policy and asked to tick a box confirming that you understand the product is digital or personalised, that an automated reading is final once delivered, and that a hand-written reading which misses its 48-hour deadline is refunded in full. You cannot complete payment without doing so. When you confirm, we store:

• the exact time you agreed;
• the version of this policy you agreed to, and a fingerprint (SHA-256) of its text;
• the IP address and browser you used;
• the page you agreed from.

This record exists to protect both sides. It is what lets us say "all sales final" honestly — and it is the same record we would rely on if you ever contested a charge.

📋 General Terms

• Statutory rights: nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where local law grants a right of withdrawal for digital content, that right is lost once delivery has begun with your express consent and acknowledgment — which you give at checkout.
• Refunds we do issue are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Chargebacks: please contact us before filing one. Given the consent record above, we will always have documented evidence of the agreement — a conversation resolves this far faster for both of us.
• This policy may be updated. Any purchase is governed by the version in force on the date of that purchase.
