We collect only the information you provide:

• Name and email address (for account and subscription)
• Birth date and time (for generating your Five Elements report)
• Payment information (processed securely by PayPal — we do not store credit card details)

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: one remembers your subscription status, one keeps you signed in to a reading you have already unlocked. We do not use advertising cookies, and no third-party tracking script (including Google Analytics) is loaded on this site.

Site Analytics (First Party, No Third Parties)

We count page views and a small number of product events — a free test completed, a buy button clicked, an order created — to see which pages help visitors and which do not. These events are stored in our own database, under our control, and are not shared with or sold to anyone.

• No IP address is stored. We keep a truncated, salted hash derived from your IP address, your browser identifier and the current date. The salt changes every day, so the value cannot be linked to you and stops matching anything from one day to the next. It cannot be reversed back into an IP address.
• No analytics cookie and no tracking script. Nothing is written to your device for this purpose.
• No page addresses with parameters. We record the page path only, never the full address — so a link containing a private report token or an email address is never logged.
• Do Not Track is honoured. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, nothing is collected at all.
• Automated traffic is excluded. Search engine crawlers and known bots are not counted.
• Deleted automatically after 90 days.

Because no cookie is set and no identifier that could point back to you is kept, we treat this as limited, aggregated measurement rather than tracking. It is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and understandable (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You may object to it at any time — write to us and we will exclude your visits; because of Do Not Track support, most visitors can also switch it off themselves in the browser.
