1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
2. Eligible Items
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- Personalized/custom items and digital products (readings, reports, subscriptions) are non-refundable
3. How to Return
Email support@balith.com with your order number and reason. We provide return address and instructions. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Email us within 7 days with photos at support@balith.com. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
